Looks like the police didn't believe Gary Dourdan's claim that the drugs they found (when he was passed out in the front seat of his car that was parked on the wrong side of the road with the interior lights on) did not belong to him.
The night of the incident, Gary was booked for posession of narcotics and dangerous drugs. After spending about 5 hours in jail he was released on $5,000 bond.
Now the CSI actor has been officially charged with one count each of heroin, cocaine and ecstacy possession.
According to a Riverside County District Attorney's spokeswoman, Gary would probably be sentenced to probation and required to complete a drug diversion program if convicted.
Bye-bye career. Helloooo rehab!
