It's on now! Barbara Walters called out former View co-host and recent gay divorcee (literally) Star Jones on her gastric bypass lies. Apparently, Star guilted the View ladies into covering for her back in the day. They were told that Star's drastic weight loss was due to "portion control and Pilates" and were expected to parrot that. Barbara shot that one down in an Oprah interview that aired yesterday.
"We had to lie on the set everyday because she said it was portion control and Pilates," Walters said. "Well, we knew it wasn't portion control and Pilates." Rrrraaaooowww. Star Jones must have been a real cooze on the set because Walters has come out swinging in her new memoir, Audition.
Star has responded to the accusations with a statement. It's Star Jones, did you think she wouldn't have anything to say? She loves statements like she loves gay guys and pie.
"It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book," Jones told Usmagazine.com. "It speaks to her true character."
HAH! Star Jones is an annoying delusional bitch but "sunset of her life" is pretty hot.

Since WHEN is it anyone's business what medical procedures they may have? It would have been AGAINST the law for Barbara or her sad sidekick Joy MEAN Har to have revealed Star's personal medical business. Star has always tried to be a lady and professional about the dust up between the evil Queen and what happened. It is not Star who is delusional it is Barbara WA-WA. She tried to kick Star and use her at the same time when she brought Star's Nemesis onto the show in the form of O'Donnell, who quickly betrayed Barbara and she deserved it for what she did to Star. She actually expected Star to stay put when she knew she was going to fire her in order to keep the ratings going while she built suspense in Star's own demise by bringing O'Donnell on the show. Star is correct in everything she says about Barbara WA-WA. I vowed when that happened I would never watch her show again. did she really think portion control and pilates was a buyable story. give me a break. she wanted people to think she sweated her ass off and ate properly so she lied her ass off, not worked it off. she shames her self. there are hundreds of people out their everyday trying to lose weight by controling their food intake and excersise. star jones went for the surgery then lied and said she did it all by her self and had people lie for her. to me shes the bigger snake in this battle. i'm not saying that surgery isn't hard on people because i no it is, but don't go that direction then lie about it. it makes her a fake.she brought all this grief on herself. so everyone who is saying she was right needs to get a grip. i'm no baba fan but star needs to at least admitt to the fact that she lied and lead people to believe in that lie.
