If I thought for a second that Tori had even the most basic understanding of science, I might say that her offer to give out free scoops of soft serve ice cream to pregnant women was an attempt to give said ladies Listeria. However, I'm pretty sure Tori thinks babies are delivered by Santa Claus in a stork costume. Apparently, TMZ talked to an OB GYM who said that the bacteria can possibly be found in soft-serve ice cream that Tori's giving out.
Baskin Robbins has responded, saying, "The only way Listeria, which has been found in a variety of raw foods, can be found in soft serve would be through improper pasteurization." I love that TMZ is accusing Tori of wanting to kill pregnant ladies and/or their babies. Maybe if this were Tara Reid. At least Tara actually played a scientist once in a movie once.
