Sharon Stone chatted with press at the Cannes Film Festival about the devastation leveled on China, leaving over 80,000 people dead after a massive earthquake and effectively jammed her wacky foot in her over-active mouth. The Basic Instinct actress said (as you can see in the above video):
"I've been concerned about how we should deal with the Olympics, because they are not being nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine. And then all this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and I thought, is that karma---when you're not nice that the bad things happen to you?"Oh Sharon. And now, as a result one of the country's major film distributors has banned her films from being shown in any of their theaters, including her upcoming movie, The Year of Getting to Know Us, and four others scheduled to be released by 2010. The public relations firm for Dior has also distanced themselves from Stone, who is frequently used as a face for the brand in China.
Keep in mind, this is the same woman we're talking about.

And this is different from Falwell saying we brought 9/11 on ourselves by supporting homosexuals and abortion how exactly?
Karma does not kill 80,000 innocent people over Tibet any more than letting J. Harvey be J. Harvey caused 9/11. (Much love J.)
What a stupid quote from someone who's always seemed to have her heart, if not her panties, in the right place.
