Hugh Jackman looks like one of those wolf children who grew up to walk upright and live a full life with only the occasional running under the moon. Here he is throwing his children about in the garden at Sydney's Royal Yacht Club. By the way, the blond lady? Not the nanny, that's the wife - Deborra-Lee Furness. If Hugh ends up having a mid-life, she 'sso in the First Wives' Club. Start stashing cash away, Debbie!
Hugh took his adorable kids Oscar and Ava to Ian Thorpe's Aquatic Centre before lunch. Ian Thorpe runs dolphin shows now?

Um, was that "nanny" comment meant to be an insult of some sort? Because his wife/mother-of-their-children is not a glamourpuss but a regular sort of gal? Beneath you. Beneath this site.
kb says:
I agree debkakes. Deborah Lee-Furness is great and Hugh has talked in the past about how pressure was put on her to slim down in order to get roles but she refused to. We need more women like that in the world and more Hughs that love them.

More backup for Hugh's wife. They've been together a long time and seem to make a pretty excellent family. Why bag on a woman who appears to be a good wife, a good mother and still working?

And what if it's Deborra-lee who "ends up having a mid-life"? Hugh would be devastated. He has said many, many times that THE most important thing in his life is his wife and kids. Deb is a very attractive, vibrant, funny woman by all accounts. Just because she doesn't fit the cookie-cutter Hollywood mold, she's subject to snarky comments by shallow people like "J Harvey".
Snarky says:
She isn't as ugly as Clive Owen's wife. THAT is a HAM (HOT ASS MESS) if ever there was...
Green Is Good says:
That's a dame that's comfortable in her own skin, and that makes her hot!

I agree with everyone here mentioning how Hugh and Deb are very devoted and crazy for one another, they really are. If I could even have a small issue with her, it would be her sometimes severe or masculine attire. She is a beautiful woman but the all black 'uniform' she usually wears and the new glasses with her platnum blond hair makes me think a little too much of Andy Warhol. http://cache.eb.com/eb/image?id=82670&rendTypeId=4
I do prefer it more when she leans towards more feminine outfits that I've seen her wear in the past. It accentuates her beauty more and makes Hugh look a little less 'feminine' alongside of her. I think it could also be more beneficial from a business standpoint since she is a representing business partner with Seed Productions too. I'm aware that they are of course not hurting for business, but just looking a bit more polished even in everyday life would represent their growing company in a better light and represent their product when conducting present and future business with other media executives. I'm sure you all will disagree with me here, but that's how I personally feel. I just look at it along the lines of presenting yourself well for an interview or making a presentation and wanting to have prospective clients to have confident faith in the product that you are representing. Anyway, these are my personal thoughts.
Kitty says:
Just adding more thoughts here. Hugh is almost always polished whenever I see him in public and candid photos and since they are in the spotlight as international stars, to me it may help propel their exciting momentum and lessen the much harsher criticism that I sometimes read that is more unfair to her. Deborra Lee need not starve like the other actresses, she's a beautiful lady as she is and could play up her curves like the wonderful actresses of the past. I'd just like to see her more polished in public and take Hugh's cue.
