That poor sumbitch David Arquette can't catch a break. You would think
that Jennifer Aniston could go off and just be with new man John Mayer
on her own. But the girl still needs training wheels on her banana seat
dating bike. Jennifer and John had a double date with Dave and wife
Courtney Cox last night at an event for Omnipeace at STK restaurant in
Los Angeles.
Mayer showed up around 9 PM to have his hair tousled by Aniston. It was Courtney and David's wedding anniversary but the magic must be gone because they apparently invited Jenn and her new guy along with them.
After dinner, the foursome rolled next door to Coco De Ville for another Ominpeace event honoring Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, co-founder of the anti-poverty organization Millennium Promise. Can they promise me something? Seriously, gas is really expensive - even when you're driving a Scion.
Aniston and Mayer were reportedly holding hands under the table at the next restaurant. She seems like she needs someone nice in her life and I'm not sure this douche fits the bill. But Godspeed, you two.
"[Jen] is absolutely wonderful," Sachs said after a 20-minute conversation with Aniston. "She knows that she reaches so many people and is eager to contribute in many ways. It was absolutely fantastic to speak with her."
This one sounds like he might be a more suitable option for Jenn. He's a doctor, seems grounded in what he does, and hasn't kissed Perez Hilton. Get yourself some Sachs, Jenn!
