UPDATE: The Chelsea ads in the sidebars are a site sponsorship and will be gone on Thursday, so you'll be able to truly see out new cleaner design at that point.
BUGS AND ISSUES: The styling on the archives pages is working for some and is not working on others. This is a bug that we are working on.

You should notice a much easier to navigate the photo gallery (featured in the newer posts).

Mandy says:
Finally! I love it! Very cool!
Now bring us our gossip!
Xavier says:
I can honestly say I won't miss that bitch at the top with the tacky shoes in the IKEA chair. She needed either an upgrade or to be sent over to Just Jared or something...thank you for the change. Very classy!
milky says:
nice! you whores know how to class up the joint.
peachpie says:
you know i dig it. enjoying poking around all the new stuff. gracias!
Hark says:
I see what you did. Squeezed in more ads. I prefer the previous.
Lawrence says:
You guys did a good job! I learned this news in another place. A hot debate heats up at Richromances.com where a guy wrote a related blog
green cardigan says:
Bloody marvellous! Best of luck with it all. I like the grey background, it's very snazzy !
tierney says:
Sorry - I know redesigns can be a bitch - but this sucks. Grey background? Rly? Grey? Very high school newspaper of you.
So when is the real new design coming.
thatgirlshines says:
great job you guys! it looks fantastic and i agree with Xavier, i was getting tired of looking at that hag in the IKEA chair. it was so 2001.
tigrrl says:
Ugh. It's too drab and somber for a gossip site. The new title is fine, I guess, but the new font is dull. Spice it up again! It's way too grey to mean fun is happening.
reader says:
Grey on the outside, cause that's how you feel on the inside?
Dull, at least make the text boxes white.
Shasta says:
I'm all for updates, but I miss the cleanliness of the white space and serif font. I guess I'll just have to deal, right?
TRO says:
Love your work, but the new site design is not so hot. If it wasn't for the celeb photos I would swear I accidently linked over to some manufacturing industry group site. It's almost factory-like in appearance.
But like I said, I will be back because your work is good.
A says:
Me no likey. I see what you guys did...more ads everywhere!! Its like a walking advertisment. It all boils down the dollars>>generating revenue...still Im with Shasta>>i miss the, "cleanliness of the white space...". It lakes in color>>still glad you guys are online..and its really about the writing right.>>
Snivel..Its gonna take me some time to get use to this:<(
Justin the Systems Guy says:
Thank me very much.
Anne Arkham says:
Not feeling it.
Gotcha but I don't gotcha says:
Nah...it's like everybody said---too dull and gray! And how come the edges of the logo look so jagged? Amateurish at best. Sorry cuz I always liked your site but I think you missed the mark. =( More ads are not a good thing for people just tryin to read the latest.
David says:
I don't like. It's dull and it seems no life in it..Sorry but it's definitely ugly..
papillion says:
Would you like to make $71,000 OR $250,000 in a few weeks?
As seen on the Oprah Winfrey show and ABC's 20/20
If we all work together everyone will benefit.
Paypal verifies that this $6 investment
program is 100% legal and is a big hit this year see their note below
or ask them directly...
For a simple investment of 15-30 minutes and just $6, it is 100% worth
it to make thousands so quickly. This is not another scam that takes
lots of your hard earned money; this is a no risk investment that will
make you thousands of dollars very easily and quickly.
PLEASE NOTE:
Follow these directions EXACTLY, and $20,000 or more can be yours in 4
to 6 weeks.
This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity
of the participants. Please continue its success by carefully adhering
to the instructions.
STEP 1: Take a few minutes to join PayPal: Remember to verify your
account.
STEP 2:
1) Once you have a PayPal account running, use PayPal to post $1 to
EACH of the 6 Email Addresses below because you pay people with an
email address in PayPal. Select "SEND MONEY".
What you are doing is creating a service. This is absolutely legal!
You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it!
Here are the 6 individual Email addresses that you have to send $1 to
through PayPal for this to work properly and for you to receive
money.
2) Now Send $1.00 to each of the six people on the list using PayPal,
and in the comment (Subject) section type "Please add me to your
list". Below are the emails that you transfer the money into:
These groups of email addresses are PayPal IDs or usernames.
Choose any group and send 1 Dollar to:
1) burkhalter.jacob@gmail.com
2) portarthurtx@hotmail.com
3) jeffersoncounty@live.com
4) sherelld@live.com
5) nastyman2k12000@yahoo.com
6) misspapillion@gmail.com
STEP 3:
1) take the #1 Email Address off the list,
2) Move the other Email Addresses up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc.)
3) and add Your Email Address as number 6 on the list.
STEP 4:
1) Now, post your amended article to at least 200 news groups (there
are thousands of groups).
2) And email your message to as many people you can. Remember, the
more you post and email the more money you make! This is perfectly
legal!
But you have to post a minimum of 200!
- When you post 200 letters, it is estimated that at least 15 people
will respond and send you $1 ($15).
- Those 15 will post 200 letters each and 225 will send $1 ($225).
- Those 225 will post 200 letters each and 3,375 people will send you
$1 ($3,375).
- Those 3,375 people will post 200 letters each and 50,625 people will
send you $1 (50,625).
- Those 50,625 will post 200 letters each and 749,375 people will send
you $1 (749,375).
- At this point your name drops off the list, but so far, you have
received $813,615.00.
JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT.
When your name is no longer on the list, you just take the latest
posting in the news groups, and send out another $6.00 to Email
Addresses using Paypal on the list, putting your name at number 6
again.
Winners never Quit and Quitters never win.
btchyspice says:
where are the updates where i can read substantial comments and none of this spam bullshit. i'm so tired of that shit my head may explode.
not good, not good at all.
and sorry, i enjoyed tacky healed lady in the ikea chair. sometimes change isn't needed. not needed at all.
Debsa says:
Nice updates on your website... very smooth migration unlike some other sites...
Peace
SweetCaroline says:
I love the new logo, and the navigation is much better (especially for the pictures). But the grey is not working for me. I liked the sleek white. And there are too many ads - three columns, if you count the two sides. Plus, the ads between the article title and the article, plus the banner at the top of the page. The site is waaay too crowded. I almost didn't know where the articles were at first.
comets says:
the RSS feed isn't working properly (in Google Reader)....
yes says:
the makeover sucks and the quality of writing and choice of story has been lousy since Miu left.
girl says:
So we need an ad at the top of the page, a repeating ad running down both sides of the page, and the same ad plastered across the top of every post? It's overkill, it's hard on the eyes, and it's a distraction from the actual content. It actually puts me OFF watching Chelsea Lately. And it puts me off reading this blog. Maybe I'll come back if you ever decide to stop bludgeoning your readers with 800 copies of the same ad, but for now I'm deleting it from my bookmarks. Plenty of other gossip blogs in the sea, ones I can actually read without bleeding from the eyeballs.
Lee says:
I do not like this new format at all. I can't tell where the blog ends and an ad begins. I also don't like the pages numbers at the bottom. It was easier to surf by the next button. Plus the gray looks like cold marble and very dated website background design. I do enjoy your blogs though. Some days I just sit at my desk and laugh out loud.
3rd sister says:
I hate this. I should not be subjected to looking up Rumer Willis' nostrils at full scale.
This site is way too in-your-face. But hey, thank god Midori (the drink of choice of my grandmother's friends) is sponsoring this. That makes it all the more palatable (eck!)
Finally, please do not make me search for J. Harvey's recaps. That is the reason I come to this site - not so I can look at ads for shows I will never watch.
Applespice says:
I dunno... I loved the design of the old site. Seeing the shoes and the chair always made my morning. :)
This one's ok.. it's growing on me over the days. Not too fond of the color and it's hard for me to tell the difference in the ads and stories as I scroll through. I think I still like the old site better, but I am looking forward to seeing some changes on this new one.
