Well, this is the best news she's gotten since Mel Gibson offered her an all-expenses paid trip to Costa Rica if she merely renounced the Holocaust ever happened! Britney Spears will not be charged in an incident from last November in which she allegedly ran over a paparazzo's foot with her car.
It's true, she can't drive but it's nice that someone's in her corner.
The photog in question filed a police report six months after the incident. Guess it didn't hurt that much. Britney supposedly backed over his foot in trying to avoid a mosquito storm of photogs around her at the time.
After watching video footage of the incident, the head bitches in charge decided that the dumbass would have had to actually stuck his foot in a place to be run over.
"We have no evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect was aware that the victim's foot had been struck by the car," Prosecutor Jospeh Shidler wrote. "There was much commotion and noise at the time and there is no proof that the suspect was aware of what had happened."
You know a friend egged on the "victim" six month later and the dude showed up being wheeled in while in traction. Where's Mr. Brady to throw his briefcase on the floor to end this shit?
