By real, I don't even mean reality. Ali Lohan is director John Carl Buechler's top choice for the lead role in the remake of his classic 1986 movie Troll. Lil-Lo auditioned last week for the part of young Eunice St. Clair. She
helps Harry Potter Jr. (no relation to the wizard) fight off the evil
Torok the Troll.
According to John, Ali showed a lot of talent at her audition.
"She was great. The camera loves her. She's a really good actress...I am personally going to fight for her," he said.
The original included such stars as Sonny Bono, June Lockhart and was the film debut of Julia Louis-Dreyfus. This director has had good taste when casting in the past, so maybe he is right and Ali will have a career outside of crappy reality programs. Yikes...
