Jamie Lynn has entered Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Ms at 4 a.m. today and delivered via C-section at approximately 8:30 a.m. (CST) The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. The father is Casey Aldridge.
The 17-year-old Zoey 101 star had an ultrasound last week, indicating her baby may be in breech position.
Jamie Lynn is currently resting in a recovery room.
Congrats Jamie and Casey! And good luck.
UPDATE: People confirms exclusively that the baby was named Maddie Briann.

Zekers, I hope Mrs.Spears learned some kind of a lesson with the whole Britney situation. I hope they have the good sense now to let this girl live quietly and bond with her new baby, and take her time in deciding what she wants to do in life. They have plenty of money so the pressure is off to have her back working asap.
