the United States to allow him into the country as part of his summer
tour. The singer had planned on including on the American leg of his
concert series a performance for New York's Department of Sanitation,
with whom the 80s pop icon worked during community service served there.
Awaiting trial in London this November for his whole sex-slave-held-captive thing, the Culture Club singer released a statement through his rep, expressing his disappointment over this turn of events.
"George really would love to come to America and repay his American fans' loyalty, and that is why we are asking the U.S. authorities to reconsider their decision." Maybe he should try chaining them up in his house until they change their minds...oh wait.
