About a year ago the British singer contemplated plastic surgery on her myspace blog. After mentioning that she was considering liposuction and stomach stapling, her fans were so supportive that she swore off plastic surgery altogether and, "Instead I will be eating lots of bread and pasta and thinking about what to write about for the next album," she wrote.
Now it looks as though Lily must have changed her mind. She was seen stopping by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon's office a few days ago.
My problem with this situation is that I have never seen Lily step foot near a gym, at least as far as I can remember. Wouldn't hiring a personal trainer make much more sense that subjecting your body to surgery?
After having a whirlwind year with the breakup, the miscarriage and tons of media scrutiny I say let Lily spend her money how she wants. I just hope that she doesn't end up looking like this.

I agree, Intern Traci. That's a lazy way out, Lily, and I thought you had more moxy than that. It's called DIET&EXERCISE. It's not a magic genie in a bottle, or a plastic surgeon. Give it a whirl, you might be surprised!

What really sucks about this whole thing is that she is NOT FAT! She looks like a normal girl. Sure, she could be more toned, whatever, but she's cute and round and girly-shaped. I wanna squeeeze her!

I liked her first record but dang girlfriend is annoying. So much so I can't stand to listen to it anymore. Now she's hanging in LA she must be getting dumber than ever. Do all UK pop stars go to lala land to be forgotten? Say hi to Robbie and Posh, Lil.

I think Lily looks fine, but she has a classic pear shape and diet and exercise isn't going to change that. Lipo could. And that's really what it's for. It's not supposed to make you skinny. It's supposed to reshape you if you're disproportionate somewhere.
