Being pregnant and on bedrest hasn't stopped Angelina and her humanitarian efforts. Yesterday a charity auction started for her leather jacket from Wanted.
Today it was announced that she and Brad donated a million dollars to help children on both sides of the Iraq War. Half of the money will go to help education programs for refugee Iraqi children. The other half will help a tutoring initiative for American children who lost a parent or have one serving in the war.
No one will stop Angelina from fixing the world -- not even a tag-team of babies holed up in her uterus!

I don't know... her bump looks significantly smaller and less bulbous to me.
Zekers says:
Not a fan of these two, but I must say, "kudos" to them for their efforts. Children are the future. I wish more moneyed individuals would be so generous...

One question
why must celebs make annocements when they donate?
I mean good for then but really do I need to know? are we supposed to say wow!! and go see her movie? uh good timing I must say
Saw..Drew Barrymore on Ophra present a Million dollar chech to some organiZATION.....she wanted to make sure some 35million viewers knew and heard that she gave a million dollars!!
I mean its great that they give...but....it sort of takes away from the act when you want the whole world to know just how GOOD YOU ARE TO THOSE WHO HAVE LESS
JUST SAYIN.....NOT HATIN
LaLa says:
I think she already had them. Her belly is definitely much smaller. What you're seeing is just the uterus still swollen; it will take a few weeks for that to go down.

@ amy:
perhaps they do it publicly to encourage others to contribute as well. it brings attention to the cause they are supporting. with that attention comes more money -- from other celebs; many, many fans; political leaders; monied individuals looking for tax write offs; and countless others like myself who will give $25 to a cause if i believe it's a beneficial organization. hopefully, you do the same.
