I'd be so nervous that I would Cameron Frye's Dad that shit! It would be in a glass case, protected by remote control machine guns.

They aren't built in they are custom covered.
And they aren't even being used properly so what's the use of them. The younger one could probably still be rear-facing since he's a small 3 yr old. And the other would be better off still in a 5-point harness. They both seem to be in a booster without the shoulder belt on. Not to mention the dangers of having children in a convertible. Apparently the parents have the beauty (not really) and no brains.
