Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" took the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart this week. Wasn't this already a song? How dare she rip off Jill Sobule! Jill had Fabio in HER video!
Perry knocked off Coldplay's (reportedly plagarized) "Vida La Vida" off the top spot. And her debut album, One of the Boys, clocked in at #9 on the album charts.
It just goes to show ya that one song can totally change your life. This chick was even on the Young & the Restess recently. Christ, I shouldn't know that.
Here's Jill Sobule's arch enemy at Z100's Zootopia 2008, which I suspect is one of those crass radio station deals. You gotta pay your dues.

Uhh why dont ya take responsibility for your own kids and not let them learn stuff from random people who've never met and will never meet YOUR kids. For christ sakes, nothin wrong with a girl makin out with another girl and if your that homophobic that your worried about some song thats popular for 3-6 months then you shouldnt even be breeding.
