Angelina Jolie's obstetrician Michel Sussman is requesting that the media give her some space. Reportedly, Angie is due to go into labor sometime within the next two weeks and she's holed up with Brad in a maternity clinic in Nice.
Sussman called a press conference in which said that Jolie had scheduled coming into the clinic "well in advance" and that the birth of the babies would not be premature. He also said that four rooms had been reserved for her, Brad and their security detail.
The doctor added, "We believe the security concerns they have raised are legitimate. She is a pregnant woman. She is perfectly entitled to protect her privacy. We should let her breathe."

Well "someone" it was all over the internet that she was in the hospital BEFORE her doctor held a press conference. Instead of trying to fend off all the papz trying to snag the first picture of the chosen ones they had to announce they weren't among us yet :-)
