She may be anorexic because someone evil is cheating on her. Low self-esteem will do that to a girl. Women often develop low self-esteem when dating a selfish philanderer.
She may have lost weight to save her failed relationship.
His lack of awareness about it makes him appear stupid, blind, cruel or to want her to suffer.
My guess is she's awareness that some sort of zionist religious beliefs of his means their lives clash severely and that his extremely racist people (in her private environment) look down on her and tell her so.
