Matthew McConaughey's family has pulled up in their rusted Camaro and taken out a case of Natty Light to discuss Matty's new son with Camila Alves, Levi Alves McConaughey. He was born on Monday.
McConaughey has a 54-year-old brother named Rooster (I kid you not) who says that he's happy Levi turned out to be a boy.
You can get away with dropping 'em a couple times, and they'll still be okay. Can't really do that with a little girl." Oh sweet Jesus. By the way, this good ole' boy named his own son Miller Lyte. Yes, he named his friggin' kid after a beer. Elegance flows through this family.
Matt's Mom Kay says that Matthew is "over the moon." And that lil' Levi will be following in Dad's stoner footsteps.
"Can't you just see that little boy following his dad on the beach in Malibu with a surf board over his head going, 'I'm right behind you, Papa!' " she laughs. "That little boy's not going to need anything. He's not going to wear anything but a bathing suit - and maybe not even that!"
She sounds like a nice lady, despite allowing her son to be named Rooster. So she's still probably smoking out of a corncob pipe. Can someone just make sure the kid knows about deodorant? You know Matty doesn't.
