Former design partner of Mooka Kinney, Rachel enlisted the help of sometimes singer ScarJo and my beloved Maeby Fünke from Arrested Development
(real name Alia Shawkat). I'm not really feeling these pictures of
Scarlett Johansson that she recently did for designer Rachel Antonoff's
look book, but then again I'm not the most fashion-forward of
individuals.
It's a bit too sexy farmer's wife for my liking. But I am kind of loving how Scarlett's looking kind of normal in these pics as opposed to Photoshop perfection. It gives a mere mortal like myself some hope.
As for Alia, I'm not sure how comfortable I am seeing these photos of her giving sexy face to the camera, but I'm sure George Michael is smiling somewhere, tossing his well-worn copy of Les Cousins Dangereux in favor some new material.

That bright red lipstick looks so harsh on her - at least in broad daylight. Almost looks like it was photoshopped in, cartoonish

As we can see from these photos, there is a reason most designers use models with smaller breasts. Most (not all) clothing hangs better. All three models in this look book have major hooters. But better models wouldn't help this fugly clothing line anyway. Nor will having Scarlet as a model. Yes, Scarlet is very beautiful. Just not so much in those dresses.

I guess someone must be first. I LIKE the dresses! They're very 40's - 50' retro. Classically feminine without being slutty and showing of bits & bobs that should only be seen by the owner in the shower. And, I think ScarJo is a BEAUTIFUL girl!!!
