The Daily Star claims that a friend of A-Rod's, who is also connected to Madonna through Kabbalah installed a hidden camera in his apartment after offering his place to the couple to allow them to rendezvous in what they thought was a private hideaway.
Now, reportedly the tape is being shopped around to various tabloids and the Daily Mirror has reportedly offered $2 million for the tape. However, if the rumor is true, the tape was clearly obtained in such a manner as to warrant "an outrageous invasion of privacy," so it's doubtful that even if it is real, that it will ever see the light of day.
A legal expert told the Daily Star, "Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts." Maybe I'm just superstitious, but I wouldn't fuck with Madge. She looks like she could kill a man using her highly-developed pinky toe muscles.

while I don't believe that a tape actually exists...
...this is a little bit interesting. If you ask to borrow a friend's house for a little something on the side, and the homeowner has surveillance cameras in there, does the homeowner own the video that might be taken?
this is also an interesting dilemma for Madge and A-rod...if there's been no hanky-panky btwn them, then they'd say "there's no tape" and it would be true, and they have nothing to worry about. but what happens if there's a flurry of legal action to try to suppress the alleged tape? pretty much a dead giveaway that they HAVE been fooling around.
makes me wonder if the "friend" knows for sure they've been together, but there IS no sex tape and he's just trying to force it out of them that they have fooled around.

I am sure many blackmail tapes of stars and celeb's caught in the act are out there making a ton of money from the rich and famous who collect them their private enjoyment. A peek or two of this cheating escapade will eventually make it to the public view to give proof and raise interest in the sale.

...or its just a publicity stunt to put Madge all over the radar for her upcoming concert tour. Either way, I don't buy it. Think about it, A-Rod likes hot YOUNG things and while Madge is in fabulous shape, like Stewie said, she's not exactly hot with her "veins and bones."
