Plucky British actress and sometimes topless boat captain Sienna Miller is suing some photo agencies and British tabloids that ran the pictures of her on her Italian vacation with Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty.
Seriously, if a woman who makes her money by marketing her image on the big screen can't expect to go topless out in the outdoors with her married (but separated) actor boyfriend without some kind of privacy, well, then what kind of world are we living in?

I love how everyone just puts everything off on Sienna. Balthazar Getty was there, too, and no one forced him to jump into her arms or leave his wife. I'm not saying I'm not bothered by her behavior, but seriously, people, it takes two. She's not the only one who is in the wrong here.
