First Tyra Banks got herself a wax job, then Amy Winehouse's waxed sentimental about their troubled daughter and now Meg Ryan has her own synthetic likeness, whose face is forever frozen in that trademark smile of hers.
All right, maybe this is actually the real Meg Ryan at the Giffoni Film Festival accepting her François Truffaut award--or at least I have a feeling that lab technicians could extract some of her original DNA out of that Botox-riddled carcass she's now toting around.
I know that's harsh, but this is tough love. Put down the needles, woman! Give your face a break already! Focus on controlling that shine and then leave it at that.

Meg's trouble is that she's never had any real acting talent to carry her into old age. She has to try to hang on to her youthful looks, which is all she ever had. Unfortunately, everyone ages. Meg's not aging so well, sadly.

Devil, I disagree with you though, I've always enjoyed Meg's films. "Courage Under Fire" and "When a Man Loves a Woman" (I think) showcased her acting range quite well. Her more recent films weren't so great, I will admit, but she's one of my favorites...more for her sense of comedic timing though.

That first photo is just a bad shot, bad angle. The rest of them look a little more like her. I do agree though -- women her age are going too far with the lip injections, botox and whatever else they're putting in their faces. They all look like characatures of themselves. I mean sure, color the hair, get great facials, use facial creams, eat right, and exercise, but cosmetic procedures often seem to make women look older, so what's the point?
