Update: Shia LaBeouf is "not at fault" for Saturday's car crash,
despite being deemed under the influence at the scene. Police are
blaming the other driver for running red light. That is one lucky
LaBeouf.
Shia LaBeouf did the douche with a passenger. LaBeouf had Transformers 2 actress Isabel Lucas (Adrian Grenier's girlfriend) in his truck when he drunkenly collided with another car on Saturday night in Los Angeles. She received minor injuries.
Shia messed up his hand, which required surgery. He was charged with a misdemeanor, and sources say that he'll be back on the Transformers 2 set within a month.
LaBeouf had attended a show by band Lemon Sun at the Troubadour club in West Hollywood and sources say he was in full-on clown mode.
"He was dancing around and acting really crazy," a source said. "He kept doing shots of whiskey."

Nope! Doesn't matter. If Shia was drinking and driving, enough to be deemed "under the influence" the accident IS his fault. Because he shouldn't even be on the rode behind the wheel. Stop making excuses for him. This time he got lucky, next time he may kill someone.
