I just thought that song of Chris Brown's, "Forever," just had a
catchy little reference to the Wrigley's jingle, when he says "Double
your pleasure/double your fun." Instead, I come to find out that young
Mr. Brown was commissioned by the Wrigley Jr. Co. to write the song to help sell their gum.
I feel so used! I've been belting out that song, inadvertently advertising for this company for free! Luckily, it's all taken place inside my car.
And Chris isn't the only one. Ne-Yo is going to do his version of the "kiss a little longer" jingle for Big Red. And apparently, this Julianne Hough person from Dancing with the Stars is doing her country version of the Juicy Fruit "The taste is gonna move ya."
That is so insidious how they're sneaking in the ads! By the way, you should totally buy whatever it is we're advertising in our sidebar today.
