Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz only started dating in 2007, but it
looks like the two might be ready to take their relationship to the
next level. A source "close to the couple" has said that Javier plans on proposing to his spicy Spanish love while they are on holiday next month.
"Both Penelope and Javier are very excited about their future together," the source added.
Javier plans on moving to the UK with Penelope in September when she starts filming the movie Nine. That's nice and all, but a little weird considering that he dropped out of the lead role of the film. Guess he's just going to hang out and observe Penelope making out with Daniel Day-Lewis instead.
