Since it's our celebrity-obsessed duty to do so, we are going to be charting the progress of Jennifer Garner's second baby. At the moment, she's definitely showing in the belly area, when we spotted her visiting a construction site in Los Angeles where she and husband Ben Affleck are building their new house.
