Verne Troyer (Mini-Me) is alleging that his sex tape partner Ranae Shrider tossed him around like he was....well, like he was 2'8.
TMZ got ahold of the lawsuit that Troyer is bringing againt Shrider, and the lawyer that was involved in trying to get Troyer and Shrider's sex tape sold.
Mini-Me accuses little person fetishist Shrider of emotional distress and battery. His lawyer says that bitch was crazy.
"When you pick up a 2'8" human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts," Verne's lawyer Ed McPherson says. Troyer also claims that she broke into his bedroom by picking a lock and generally terrorized his ass.
You gotta think, when you're 2'8, you're open to just about anybody f*cking with you.
