Kristen Bell pulled out her curlers and got all gussied up for the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards. I'm really loving this shocking pink skirt. It totally reminds me of the one we saw Rihanna rocking the other night, only the singer was also flashing some serious nips. So, comparatively speaking, Kristen's outfit is quite disappointingly opaque.
