Fashion Disaster Of The Day: Serena van der Woodsen

Blake Lively looked like Tinkerbell on crack  on the set of her TV show Gossip Girl. Is this the product of all those sexy scenes I see on the posters plastered all over town? I mean I totally love the dress and shoes, but I think the hairdresser blow dried her hair with hurricane winds.

Blake was also carrying around her cute buddy Penny. I'm sorry, but it's pretty bad when your dog's hair looks better than yours. And I hate to think what a mess it will be for her to finally brush that mangy mane out. Boyfriend Penn Badgley needs to get her some conditioner, stat!
