He's up on an assault trial for beating the crap out of ANTM contestant Bianca Golden's mom during that airport lounge fracas. Elaine Golden is reportedly in a New York City hospital suffering from paralysis on one side. Yikes.
Fallen model Angie Everhart called 911 on her boyfriend on July 31 for beating her up. Police were called to Everhart's apartment because Angie was claiming an actor named Chad Stansbury had choked her. He was later booked for it. This is one of those incidents that will go on to be a scene in Lifetime's The Angie Everhart Story.
