When Brooke Shields showed up to the Upright Citizens Brigade to
act as a panelist for the improv comedy theater's performance for the
evening, things took a turn for the awkward. When three performers
decided to take on the roles of the deceased Heath Ledger, Estelle Getty and Bernie Mac's ghost, the Lipstick Jungle actress became visibly uncomfortable, biting her nails and appeared to be near tears.
According to a spy that told the New York Daily News, "When someone pretended to dump Estelle Getty's ashes on [30 Rock star] Jack McBrayer's head, Brooke got up and walked offstage. She watched the rest of the show from behind a curtain backstage, with a grimace."
I'm not totally opposed to making fun of dead people--as long as it's actually funny. I just get the feeling that Bernie Mac's actual ghost would have been way more entertaining.

This "comedy" routine doesn't sound the least bit funny. Judging from Brooke's reaction, it was probably painful to watch.
