So sad to see, totally mutton dressed as lamb syndrome.

You really think she looks good? I would hate to see those appendages on my husband. Furthermore, I find it deeply offensive that anyone would find it "looking good" that a woman treats her face as it was playdough in order to look "young". The results making her look like an alien instead of looking her age, i.e. 50. Shame on anyone that celebrates this travesty. Madonna, stop taking steroids, stop having surgical alterations, stop making music, stop thinking you are twenty (or 36), start enjoying your life and money. Don't go out as a pitiful laughing stock to us former fans.

She may have she may have not, you don't know so don't assume. My mother turns 66 this week and she has no wrinkles, and looks 40. She has never had surgery or even visited a beauty spa. The truth is if you eat well. have good genes and look after yourself you will always look good. Stop winging.

I can't believe that anyone that looks at Madonna imagines her looks are not "made" in a surgical establishment. Furthermore I don't believe that anyone who is secure in their skin needs constant visits to such places. She was spunky, she was strong, now she is sending the message aging is BAD.

The best thing about her turning 50 is knowing that a narcissistic witch like her is probably in agony. Nothing signals the end of youth like a 50th birthday. You would have to be an idiot not to know that Madonna has had massive amounts of surgery, botox, and other injections to try appear as if she is still 25. It's pathetic that she tries so hard to cling to youth.

She looks pale and exhausted to me.And those veiny arms! They could be in a horror movie. She certainly has had work done, she has that stretched up over her ears and zipped look about her face. Hopefully she'll have enough sense to stop soon before she ends up looking like a freakshow.

I think it's time for her to retire gracefully now. She had a long reign as the Queen of Pop but she needs to give up the throne now and take her place as a legend. 50 year olds are has beens to teenagers and young people in general.

Madonna is the queen of pop and an American icon. She has not been arrested for drugs or a DWI. She loves her children. They cannot watch TV and eat hamburger helper and end up weighing 300 lbs like the rest of America. She takes care of herself and her family. She is to be admired and appreciated not criticized.
