OMG guys, season 4 of The Hills premiered last night and unlike at the event for last season's finale, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were actually invited this time.
To remind you what the temperature was like for the characters at the end of last season, Stephanie Pratt was talking shit about her obnoxious brother and Audrina Patridge outed Lauren Conrad as kind of a bitch.
The first episode, of course, featured lots of pensive looks, eye make-up and sighing--which we expected from the trailer. Tensions between roommates Audrina, queen bee LC and Lauren "Lo" Bosworth were at an all-time high. Lauren went on date (pre-TBS actor) with old flame baseball player Doug Reinhart.
At Audrina's birthday party, Lo and Audrina's animosity comes to ahead when Patridge tells Lo, "We'll never be friends." Scandal!
