Notice how Britney Spears has been looking good lately? Also, she's been keeping her sons close to her heart, wearing a necklace with both of their names on it. Well, in her cover story interview with OK!
magazine, she said that it's because she's been enjoying some clean
living. The pop star said, "I'm the healthiest I've been all my life."
In addition to working out regularly, Britney says that she's cut sugar out of her diet and is subsisting mostly on chicken, rice, avocados, egg whites, salmon and turkey burgers. According to Brit, "I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."
Wow. That sounds...fairly sensible. I'm pretty sure there are some diet pills being tossed up in the mix, just cause I know my Britney, but if that's the worst of her habits at the moment, I can deal. Plus, she looks good in a bikini.
