However, Williams claims that the reason Rihanna supposedly only has $20,000 to her name is because the singer's manager and owner of Rebel One Entertainment Marc Jordan takes all the funds Rihanna makes to fund her future projects.
According to Williams, "Def Jam doesn't fund Rihanna properly, so Marc uses the money Rihanna makes from third-party endorsements and from tours to fund her album and music videos." This is being done to make Rihanna a worldwide artist. Per the explanation, Rihanna's not an album artist and has only had success with singles. And since she doesn't write them, she's not making the big bucks.
