The bruise on the side of her head suggests that she could have been struck on the head (by like falling & hitting a table) & the blackeye is just a peripheral bruise.

I used to watch The Osbournes and, on one episode, Kelly was lamenting about how she was extremely clumsy and fell down a LOT. Apparently, she still does.
Kelly's gonna have to get the same weight-loss surgery as Mama-Sharon if she keeps shoveling in the fattening snacks like this. Look at her upper arm...it's like a ham.

it said on another website that she was reaching for a glass in her kitchen cabinets and the whole cabinet fell off the wall and hit her in the head. Considering the size of her arms, at least the whole wall didnt fall on her!
