Fashion Disaster Of The Day: Nicole Richie

First of all, if you're taking your fashion cues from Phoebe Price, you really need to start questioning your sanity. Secondly, what is going on with that skirt? I think we all know how I feel about outfits that seem designed to get people to notice your vaginal area. Nuff said.
