Ditching her black locks in favor of some red hair, Rumer Willis sported a new look on the red carpet for the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party. In addition to the new hair color, the House Bunny star also bared a tattoo on her back that reads "be present." Like me, Rumer clearly is a proponent of perfect attendance.
I like this new look. Now, I won't confuse her with Pete Wentz all the time.
