Now don't get me wrong, I don't begrudge Megan Fox her status as a budding sex symbol on the Hollywood scene. But it's very interesting that her career didn't start to skyrocket until she lost weight (which she is now being told to gain back), her nose got smaller and her lips became fuller.
The first pictures of the Transformers star are from 2003 for some red carpet event for Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen starring Lindsay Lohan which are probably right around the time that Megan says she was hooking up with that stripper chick. The current ones shoe a much more svelte Fox on the red carpet premiere for Eagle Eye where she stole the show without even being in the movie.
What do you think? Did she get work done? Or just grow out of her baby face?
Whatever she has or hasn't done, it certainly hasn't hurt her career.

I don't think the girl you are featuring in the photos is Megan Fox. Look at the clip you included. She looks like she does now. But at the red carpet for the same movie she looks completely different. I think its a different girl.

Miapiatia: its the same girl, its the same Megan Fox. That's what she used to look like. Hire out "Confessions of a teenage drama queen" and watch "hope and faith" on TV. Surgery and a diet can do a lot.

Yes, she did lose some "baby fat" but I don't think most people lose it from their noses & have it magically show up in their chests & lips...so I say combo of weight loss & plastic surgery

Her eyebrows are thicker now (which I think has a lot to do with the way the face is perceived), and she looks to have lost A LOT of weight. I'd say the only plastic surgery she's had done is the collagen in the lips. On her boob growth, it could just be she's a genetic freak. I had a friend in high school who's body was very similar to Megan's. She was FLAT as a board. Her boobs grew from a size A to a size D the year AFTER we graduated, and she lost a lot of weight at the same time. Her body just became more womanly, that is all.

I read that she was so in love with Angelina Jolie that she took pics to her plastic surgeon and asked to make her face and body almost identical to Angelina's....she even got similar tatoo's! her hair is lighter, her skin is darker, her lips are big, her boobs are fake and she DOES look ALOT LIKE a younger Angelina...she annoys me, calling herself a doppleganger for Alan Alda...shes one of those self pity girls who say that crap to try to get others to say 'NOO YOURE SOOO BEAUTIFUL, HOW COULD YOU THINK THAT!" blah...weakness is pathetic.
