LA County authorities have found that there is insufficient evidence to charge him with driving under the influence.
However, he will reportedly have to surrender his license due to his nixing taking a blood alcohol test. Put that classic car in storage, LaBoof!
It's not like that's any sort of punishment. Ho can hire a driver. It's not like he's going to end up like one of those dudes in my neighborhood who are tooling around on 10 speeds in construction worker clothes all the time. The lack of spandex unitard and helmet kinda give it away that they're not on a bike by choice.
