Well, well. It's sexy Katie Holmes. See what happens when she's out of Tom Cruise's reach.
These shots are from Katie's guest stint on Eli Stone. She plays the role of a nonprofit attorney, and as with many roles on Eli Stone, you have to sing and dance.
Eli Stone is a comedy-drama about a lawyer, played by British actor Jonny Lee Miller, who is suffering from an inoperable brain aneurysm that causes him to have realistic hallucinations. It's nice to see Katie Holmes being playful.

except that she's a TERRIBLE singer. remember the episode of dawson's creek where she butchered "on my own" from les miserables? yeah, i won't ever forget it. it haunts my nightmares.
also see her opening monologue from when she hosted snl a few years back. my ears haven't been the same.

Despite her stepfordizing, I'll always be a fan of KH.
And while she was pretty terrible at "On My Own" on DC, she later redeemed herself by playing lead singer to Chad Michael Murray's band (in Dawson's Creek: the College Years). She should have sued the writers for making her sing the Les Mis song.

Um....ew.
skrpune says:
is it just me, or does her head not look like it's proportioned to her body in those hallucinatory dance scenes?? Is it just the hair that makes her noggin/body ratio look weird?
Oh, and I guess this solves the mystery of why she was photographed wearing gloves a while back - seems like she was filming this and decided she liked 'em and went home with them...
Lola says:
Katie has about as much sex appeal as a flounder. Anyone see her in "Thank You For Not Smoking?" They kept referring to her character's rack and I thought, "WTF"????
