Lily Allen spends the majority of her time in public, very sober, and I might add very quietly, the only exception to this, would be the 10 paparazzi that follow her, everywhere, which she doesn't like but she excepts it.The tabloid newspapers, make an effort, and devote a life, that they don't have, into making her seem, like a bad person. Her blogs, and certain articles explain very well what shes like, the articles where you can tell shes really, sitting there.
