After the initial report was first released that Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night, details on her arrest were reported on People. The recently rehabbed Melrose Place actress was released from a jail in Santa Barbara Sunday.
California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall said, "Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication."
Marshall said that it was late in the afternoon on Saturday that a female witness spotted Locklear "revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times" in a parking lot in Montecito.
Fearing for Heather's safey, the witness called 911 when Locklear was spotted on a highway nearby. Hmm, female witness? You just know it was Denise Richards.

Neither Richie or Heather seem to be doing too good since their divorce. Both seem to have this habit of getting off their tits on their tipple of choice,and then hopping in the car for a spin down patrolled highways.
I reckon they still love each other. They should get back together, lay off the booze, botox and pills and try again.
