This is a crazy story and makes all of us gossip blogger look like
conniving c*nts. Sorry to drop the c-bomb so early in the morn but this
story deserves it. It looks like Heather Locklear was set up!
Jill Ishkanian is a former Us Weekly staffer who was investigated by the FBI for hacking into her former employer's files for information on where celebs lived.
Ms. Ishkanian reportedly followed Heather Baby around Montecito, CA all last weekend as Heather hit the grocery story, etc., and then she was the one who made the 911 call to report that Heather was driving erratically! Apparently, she was the only witness to this! That evil bitch! Creating the stories! This heifer probably has the ability to transform into a dragon and likes to eat babies!
Anyway, cops pinched Heather. She wasn't found to be under the influence of booze drinks, but they did book her on a DUI for being under a "controlled substance" and released her on her own recognizance. They are currently awaiting a blood test to see what Locklear was on.
OK, so maybe she was tooling about while stuffed to the gills on dolls. This Ishkanian ho is still all sorts of evil. Watch there be some sort of celebrity revolt. Paris Hilton's going to show up in Boston with a rifle

Yes, circumstances leading up to Heather's arrest are shady but she was arrested with drug tests still pending because the CHP felt 'SHE WAS A DANGER TO HERSELF AND OTHERS' and 'SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DRIVING' !!!!!
Why does it seem to me that people are not more concerned with that fact. A DUI arrest is what it is....Alcohol or Perscrit Drugs.
It was lucky she didn't kill herself or someone else driving in that state.

A couple of things -
1. It's JILL Ishkanian, not Janet.
2. Ishkanian was investigated by the FBI because her former boss at US Weekly, Ken Baker now with E!, set her up. When she left US she told him she still had the password. He could have changed it at any time. When she set up her own photo agency she used the US database to look up celeb addresses - with the knowledge of Ken Baker. Later when Baker's job was in jeopardy and he needed a fall guy for some of the crap that he pulled (including seuxal harrassment) he diverted attention from his activities by pointing his finger at Ishkanian's "unauthorized" use of the US database and Janice Min sicced the FBI on Ishkanian. They turned Ishkanian's life upside down and found no wrong-doing on her part. Because of that Ishkanian is suing US Weekly and also Ken Baker, Janice Min and Jann Wenner on an individual basis.
