It's fitting that Christian Slater now stars on a series entitled My Own Worst Enemy, in the face of the star's self-destructive past. Here Christian is at the Us Weekly event to promote the new series of the NBC show.
Slater told Parade magazine that after he got sober, he decided to graduate from high school and did so because of his kids.
"I had to go to a high school classroom with a bunch of kids getting their GED...it ended up that I squeaked by." Wow, seriously? It's not like a driver's license exam or Double-Dare Jeopardy.
