Fashion Disaster Of The Day: Tara Reid

 
Tara Reid needs to hop on the Britney Spears train. Granted, she looks better than she has in the past, but she's still looking a little rough around the edges... mostly her hair. At least it looks clean, albeit fried to shreds.

That dress looks like a reconstructed muu-muu. It's as though newly engaged Tara snatched it from some little old lady during a drunken spree in a nursing home and cut it up into something more conducive to nipple slips.
