Beverly Hills chihuahua Jennifer Love Hewitt
recently lost some weight (I thought she was already a Size 2?) and
blogged about the reasoning behind it. And no, it wasn't because of
those bikini pictures that caused her to flip her shit on the world.
"I'm getting ready to turn 30 and get married and all those things," she says. "This year was my year to try to glow from within and feel better."
Hewitt says that she works that ass five days a week and runs a lot. But her secret ingredient is her perfect pushup. I smell workout DVD coming. Ghost Whisperer isn't going to last forever.
"I'm perfecting my pushup right now," she said. "And the plank pose is very inspiring - where you're up on your elbows and your legs are out, and it's just your stomach holding your body up. Very cool." I hope that her man is on her when this is happening, otherwise this sounds like too much work.
