The day after her night out at the movies with Spike Jonze, Michelle Wiliams spent the day with her daughter Matilda Ledger. Matilda is killing it with the cute right now as she steps out in a purple princess costume alongside her coffee-toting mother.
The two enjoyed some girl talk, I'm sure, as Michelle sipped on her beverage and Matilda advised her on some dating tips.
The night prior, Michelle attended a screening of Synecdoche New York with costar Catherine Keener and director/love interest Spike. The gang enjoyed some popcorn and conversation. Michelle looked fantastic in a short, white dress but I'm so not into the shoes. This seems to be a fad that has no intention of disappearing just yet. I'm not pleased.

spike didn't direct this... Charlie Kaufman did- it's his directorial debut - spike was going to do it but it interfered with "where the wild things are"

I agree with the outfit, ditch the shoes! I have a pair similiar but only wear them with jeans! And it's not that Suri could learn a few things from Matilda, its that Tom and Katie could learn a few things from Michelle. Don't spoil your child till she's completely rotten!

Matilda is the absolute spitting image of her father. It's incredibly uncanny, especially when she makes faces like the one she's making in the default photo. Too adorable! Heath's death was heartbreaking, but luckily we still have his movies and Matilda will be surrounded by love and family to support her throughout. Michelle seems like an amazing mom, she always seemed like that to me. God bless her and Matilda and the rest of Heath's loved ones.
