A criminal defense attorney Alec Rose, advised E! Online that the "Womanizer" singer would most likely not face time behind bars. According to Rose, "She would probably only have to pay a fine of a few hundred dollars and be on one to three years of summary probation."
A jury consisting of four men and eight women spent two hours behind closed doors on Friday, but were unable to reach a verdict before the weekend. They'll be returning to deliberations on Monday morning.
