-After leaving court Monday afternoon in a deadlocked vote of 10-2, the jury in the Britney Spears driving without a license case returned today in the hopes of reaching a decision. However, the result today was a mistrial in the case, even after both sides were given 11 minutes to restate their case.
-The father of David Banda, the adopted son of divorcing couple Madonna and Guy Ritchie, is saying that his child would be better off back with his biological father. "I have the joy of a new family and I even have a new son. But now, when I think of David in danger of living outside a family life, I find it unbearable."
-Lindsay Lohan is being sued for her infamous wild ride in a van in July of last year. The three guys in the van with her are now suing the rehabbed starlet, claiming that she was endangering their lives. Lindsay's lawyer told TMZ that the suit is unfounded. "These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in."
